Overview
A mirror layout of the Garden Villa. This is a more private space due to its exclusive patio. This villa also boasts of a deck to catch both sunrise and sunset.
The ground level is where the the master's bedroom, the living room, and the outdoor patio are located. The upper level would be considered an "extra large shared bedroom with 2 queen beds, toilet and bath, and access to the sunset deck. Note that two queen beds on the upper level are separated only by a blackout curtain, since the idea is that this is where the younger ones will stay while their parents enjoy the privacy of the master's bedroom downstairs. Should there be extra persons, the mattresses will be set up on upper level.
The sunset deck is accessible from the upper level via spiral staircase and is the perfect spot to catch the sunset or enjoy a quiet sunrise.
