• Bathroom: Toilet, sink, and a hot/cold shower

We've been welcoming guests for almost two years and are excited to offer this new space for smaller families. Extra guests can be accommodated with a single mattress.

Power Generator - a lot of other airbnbs do not have this. This is crucial especially if you are staying on a weekend as there are regular power outages in San Juan La Union recently

Food - We have an in house restaurant Manna Kitchen La Union. We discourage bringing of outside food and drinks as it will be charged corresponding corkage.

Privacy of Checked in Guests - Only checked in guests allowed in villa premises, and are validate by the ID's presented. We do allow viewing of friends but for 5mins max. Beyond that, a P500 day pass will be charged but this will give your friends liberty to enjoy the facilities (i.e. villa and pool), up until 6pm.

Security Deposit - We require P5000 security deposit per check in. This will be surrendered upon checkout after inspection of room.
